The Choose4Cyprus is a voting advice application (VAA) developed by the DigiPols research lab at the University of Cyprus for the Cyprus legislative elections of May 2026. It allows voters to compare their policy preferences with those of the candidates and parties running in the election, and to identify which candidates and parties best represent their views. The VAA is based on a comprehensive dataset of policy positions collected from party manifestos, candidate interviews, and media reports. It uses a sophisticated matching algorithm to compare voter preferences with candidate positions and to generate a list of recommended candidates and parties. The VAA also includes a feature that allows voters to explore the policy positions of candidates and parties in more detail, and to learn more about their views on specific issues.

The Choose4Cyprus is a non-partisan tool that is not affiliated with any political party or candidate. It is intended to help voters make informed decisions by providing them with reliable and objective information about the policy positions of parties. The VAA can be accessed online at https://choose4cyprus.eu.
